Termination of an employment contract under art. 53 of the Labour Code with a protected employee, part 2

In the next part, we will look at the situation related to the termination of a contract with an employee who is a social labour inspector.

In accordance with art. 13 of the Act of 24 June 1983 on social labour inspection (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2015, item 567), termination of an employment contract with an employee acting as a social labour inspector during the term of office and within a year after its expiration is possible if there are reasons justifying the termination of the employment contract without notice, and additionally, it is necessary to obtain prior consent of the statutory competent body of the company trade union organization.
