§ 1. Defined terms

Website – website at www.prwt.pl as well as related profiles on social networks (Instagram: @prwt_ksiegowosc, Tumblr: @prwtksiegowosc, LinkedIn: linkedin.com/company/prwt/, Facebook: @prwt)

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC – General Data Protection Regulation ( i.e. Journal of Laws UE.L 2016 No. 119, p. 1)

User – any natural person using the Website

§ 2. Processing of personal data

PRWT przetwarza następujące dane osobowe w ramach poszczególnych celów i czynności przetwarzania:
Contact
1. By sending an e-mail to biuro.warszawa@prwt.pl or biuro.krakow@prwt.pl or using the contact forms, the User provides his e-mail address, and may also provide other personal data.

2. When contacting PRWT by phone, the User discloses his telephone number and may also provide other personal data.

3. Providing data by the User is voluntary, but in the scope of the User’s e-mail or telephone (depending on the form of contact selected by the User) necessary to contact PRWT, and in the scope of billing and business data necessary to conclude the contract with PRWT.

4. Data is processed:
• in order to contact the User, in connection with the legitimate interest of PRWT consisting in contacting Users, responding to contact initiated by Users, including questions and requests, and interacting with Users (Article 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR),
• to negotiate the terms of the Agreement with PRWT (Article 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR),
• after making contact (due to the nature of the services provided) for an indefinite period of time in order to possibly need to demonstrate the course and content of the contact (Article 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR).

Conclusion and performance of the contract
1. If, as a result of the Contact, an agreement is concluded between the User and PRWT, in particular, the User orders PRWT to perform the service, the User provides:
• if he is a natural person who does not conduct business activity: name, surname, billing address, contact details (e-mail or telephone number),
• if he runs a business: company name, registered office address, tax identification number, contact details (e-mail or telephone number).

2. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion, performance and settlement of the contract.

3. All data provided in connection with the conclusion of the contract are processed:
• in order to perform the contract (Article 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR),
• in order to settle the contract, including issuing an invoice and in order to post the invoice (Article 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR),
• for statistical, archiving and evidence purposes (Article 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR).

4. The data is processed for the time necessary to perform the contract. After the contract is completed, the data will be stored until the expiry of the period of limitation of any claims under the contract. Accounting documents will be kept for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose. After the indicated periods have elapsed, the data may be processed for statistical purposes.

§ 3. User’s rights in connection with data processing

1. The User, subject to the preceding provisions and legal regulations, has the following rights in connection with the processing of his data:
a. right to express and withdraw consent to data processing,
b. right to rectify or delete data,
c. the right to limit data processing,
d. the right to object to the processing of data,
e. the right to transfer data,
f. the right to access the processed data (information about the processed data),
g. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office..

2. In order to exercise the right referred to in sec. 1 letter g, the User may send a complaint by letter to the address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw or electronically via the ePUAP inbox: /UODO/SkrytkaESP.

§ 4. Cookies and similar tools

1. PRWT uses cookies on the Website in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.

2. PRWT also uses cookies from third parties (in particular Google, Facebook) to monitor the browsing of the Website by Users and to target personalized advertisements in terms of the User’s actions. The information collected using cookies is anonymous, in the sense that PRWT will not identify a specific User with them. However, third parties may use the collected data for their own purposes, in particular marketing.

3. Cookies are not used by PRWT to obtain Users’ personal data.

4. The user can manage cookies from the level of his browser, as well as completely block them. Blocking cookies may affect some of the Website’s functionalities, including limiting the possibility of using the Website in a full and correct manner.

5. The website may contain links to other websites, including social networking sites (Facebook, LinkedIn). If the User is logged in to a given social network, the website will receive information about the User’s activity. Data processing by websites and external websites takes place on the terms specified by them.

6. Using the Website involves saving information in the so-called server logs. The logs include the User’s IP address, date, time and information about the web browser and the User’s operating system.

7. The data stored in the logs are not assigned to a specific User and are not used by PRWT to identify the User. Logs can be used to create statistics of visits to the Website.

8. Only persons authorized to administer the server have access to the logs.

§ 5. Data recipients

1. Data is processed only by authorized and properly trained persons. PRWT exercises due diligence to ensure the confidentiality of data and protection of data against unauthorized access.

2. The data may be transferred to third parties (entities whose services are used by PRWT in the provision of services and data processing). These are in particular entities that are administrators of the website and mailbox servers on which data are stored, entities providing technical support related to the operation of the Website, PRWT employees, courts and authorized state authorities.

3. Data may be transferred outside Poland and the European Union – if the seat of the entity providing services to PRWT is abroad. In particular, it applies to services provided by Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics).

4. Entities from outside the European Union that provide services to PRWT, including Google, are party to the Privacy Shield agreement, which means that they guarantee data protection in accordance with European regulations.
