In accordance with the wording of the provision of Article 151<sup>4<\/sup> of the Labor Code, among others, the right to remuneration and allowance for working overtime does not apply to such persons in principle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clients of our accounting office often wonder whether persons performing managerial functions in their workplaces are subject to the regulation of this provision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the outset, it should be pointed out that there is no legal definition of the manager of a separate organizational unit.
